The lights came well shipped and were easy to install. For the size of the 2ft x 4ft light it does put out a great amount of lumens to light my shop are up. I'd definitely recommend these lights to everyone!

Order was damaged and needed repair. It was bounced around hard enough to displace the hanging brackets from the lights and pop one rivet in the hanger cross member. However, I fixed it, the lights still worked and they're installed. Would also recommend hanging brackets be redesigned to accommodate both 24" and 16" on center ceiling joists. The bracket does not work well with 16" joists and sheetrock anchors aren't the most robust idea. Otherwise, nice lights, good adjustment options, and they're working well.

Very pleased with the lights! The quality of light that is produced from the panels is exactly what I had in mind. No glare, true color, and perfect for the task lighting that we needed in our grooming facility. We ordered 6 panels, 4 were perfect, 2 were damaged in shipping. Replacements were promptly offered, and shipping quickly. Ellie Ramirez was fantastic to work with!!! Since I did see that some other clients complained about damage in shipment, it appears that the outside shipping boxes need to be heavier, thus my reasoning for 4 instead of 5 stars. The service and quality of product were 5 stars, the packaging was not. In spite of that, I would order from this company again.

Both lights look nice and are very bright but the frame on each was a bit dented. I recommend better packaging material for shipping. In addition, a picture in the instructions about how to hang the light during installation would be a big help. We were baffled and frustrated for a while, but eventually figured it out.

The first two both had problems, one was dead and the other had a bright spot and a couple of parts rattling around inside. That said, the seller immediately shipped me two more and they have worked out great for us. Since we are using them in our kitchen, having the ability to adjust the color was important.

One of the drivers in your lights you sent me went bad. As soon as I powered it up it started blinking and strobing 10 seconds in. The blinking would last about 30 seconds then the light would shit off. Im not impressed with the product.
