Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

GT-Lite products are of high quality, and we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request to return the merchandise for a refund within 30 days of the order date. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gt-ind.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at 1-800-865-6799.

Please note ALL returns will be processed with a restocking fee of $15 or 10% of order value, whichever is higher, to cover the cost of return shipping and processing. 


Manufacturer's Warranties

GT-Lite products are guaranteed against failure due to factory defects in material and workmanship. Warranty length varies by product. Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of parts, or damage resulting from misuse of product (i.e., using in extreme weather, alterations made to product, neglect, or abuse). Keep your proof of purchase. All warranty claims need original receipts to be processed. Shipping and handling fee may apply to replacement items. 

Warranty claim must begin by filling out the form.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
  • It is beyond 30 days of the order date.
  • If a product sent back does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
  • A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
  • Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product.
  • Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.


Grow Lighting & Hydroponics

Grow Lights and Hydroponic supplies are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return. Please call customer service to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to assure yourself that you are receiving the correct product. 1-800-865-6799


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, the original shipping cost won't be refunded. The refund could take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
