DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Normal delivery takes 3-7 business days.
All orders with free shipping coupon code will be processed through UPS ground shipping.
LTL Palletized Shipping for Business Customers
For our business customers with access to a forklift, we offer an efficient and secure shipping option for orders over $1500: LTL (Less Than Truckload) Palletized Shipment. This service ensures that all your products are carefully packed onto a single pallet, providing a more streamlined and protected delivery. By consolidating your order onto one pallet, we minimize the risk of missing packages and ensure everything arrives in one, safe shipment. With LTL, you can count on reliable delivery and easy unloading, giving you peace of mind that your products are handled with care every step of the way.
P.O. Boxes
Most internet orders ship via FedEx or USPS. Shipments over 2 lbs sent to PO Boxes may incur additional charges.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within one hour of placing the order.
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, call our Customer Service Department during normal business hours at 1-800-865-6799, (shipping and return charges may apply).
Track Your Orders
Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number.
Inspection and Sign
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact our customer service team.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international packages are shipped via UPS. GT-Lite is unable to control or predict delivery windows for International shipments.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
Refused packages are still liable for any and all customs fees, original shipping charges, and any costs associated with the return shipment. Refunds for refused international shipments will be less than the aforementioned fees. We are not responsible for delays, and suggest customers contact their local customs bureau with inquiries or to see if your package is being held locally.
